What you do
Northwave consists of over 250 enthusiastic professionals in the areas of ethical hacking, behavioural psychology, security management, reverse engineering, audit, privacy, forensics, monitoring, and others. We apply our expertise to help our clients have a safe digital journey, by securing their business with them through managed services (security office, 24/7 SOC, cybersafe behaviour) and projects (advisory, security testing, resilience).
Each of our product managers is responsible for one or more of the propositions in our portfolio, ensuring they meet clients needs, are operationally deliverable and can be marketed by sales.
We are looking for a product manager to oversee the services delivered by our Managed Security & Privacy Office (MSPO). In collaboration with the product owners in the team, you will help raise the maturity of our Managed Security & Privacy Office Service. You will make sure that the development of this service is in line with our portfolio strategy, that the right client needs are met, that all stakeholders are involved and that development roadmaps exist for this service.
About the Security & Privacy Office:
A team of enthusiastic Information Security Officers, Privacy Officers, and CISOs working together to protect our clients against cyber attacks, ensure readiness for incidents, help them comply demonstrably with data privacy and security standards, laws and regulations, gain insight in their risk posture and take action to mitigate these risks.
The team
You’ll be part of the Cyber Fusion Centre. This team consists of product managers, threat intelligence analysts and researchers. From this team, we support the operational teams with threat intelligence, innovation, and product management. Because our product managers and threat intelligence analysts are so close to each other, we can build our products intel-driven and risk-based. As product manager, you balance the needs of stakeholers across the organisation, across the regions, working closely closely with the MSPO delivery team, marketing and sales.
You enjoy…
Staying up to date with the latest developments in cybersecurity
Representing the voice of the market to internal stakeholders and managing diverging interests to create the best service possible
Identifying client needs and guiding service development accordingly
Working in a growing organisation, with changing services, service regions and new roles around you.
Working in a multi-disciplinary team, driving innovation, and creating impactful solutions.
Seeing the bigger picture, creating overview for others, and facilitating and taking decisions based on that.
Contract
First things first: you will receive a permanent employment contract with 30 days' holiday per year. Your contract will be full-remote. You can organise your own working hours in consultation with your colleagues and customers.
Development
What do you want to achieve and what support do you need? You will receive regular training and support in achieving your professional goals. You can also develop further within Northwave.
Team
It is important to us to respect and value each other - as professionals and as people. The best way to get to know your colleagues is to take part in one of our many activities, e.g. a joined trip to the theme park.
Equipment
You will be equipped with a modern MacBook and iPhone. We have height-adjustable desks in our offices and our CEO loves to kit us out with merchandise ;-)
Mobility
In order to be mobile at all times, you will receive either a company car or a BahnCard 100 (also for private use).
what else...
No, the fruit basket in the office is not a benefit for us, but a matter of course - just like coffee, tea and lemonade. Have you ever tried Dutch caramel waffles?
We expect you to…
