  • To support our Finance team we are searching for a Head of Investor Relations (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

    Tasks

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Full responsibility for the investor relations function at LuxExperience (LuxE), a NYSE-listed Group, comprising Mytheresa, Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter and YOOX.
    • Manage the LuxE analyst and investor network, including valuation modeling and consensus management. Prepare and lead the external communication towards investors and analysts. Join several LuxE investor conferences in Europe and the US.
    • Prepare and manage quarterly and yearly earnings calls, including the quarterly investor presentation and call scripts. Prepare external press releases together with LuxE PR department.
    • Close alignment with all relevant LuxE group departments (e.g. Financial Reporting, Legal, Controlling).
    • Prepare regular board communication as investor relations update.
    • Conduct industry research and peer group analysis.
    • Report directly to the CFO.

    Requirements

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 3 – 7 years of work experience in investor relations.
    • Experience with US or UK listed companies and consensus management with analysts.
    • Strong communication, project management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent oral and written skills in English with an efficient communication style.
    • Strong analytical, financial and data management skills, including valuation modeling.
    • Experience with US, Asian and European Investors helpful.
