    Your Role

    The primary objective of our Chief of Staff will be to build and scale key parts of the organization alongside our founders. The scope of responsibilities ranges from strategy and marketing to branding, culture, hiring, and the automation of internal processes. The Chief of Staff will proactively identify and solve problems while independently driving strategic initiatives.

    This is a high-impact, full-time position based in Munich within an exceptional team. It requires a hands-on mentality, strong drive, high motivation, a willingness to iterate quickly, and a shared ambition to win together.

    Your Responsibilities

    • As a direct partner to the Founder-Team you drive all kinds of strategic projects across departments

    • Individually identify bottlenecks and potentials to grow the company

    • Design and implement the internal processes required to scale our organization from 30 to 100+ employees

    • Build up the organization through strategic hires

    • Build our brand through marketing & growth initiatives

    Your Profile

    • Professional Experience in consulting, start-up or similar

    • Background in business or tech (with a strong interest or experience in tech)

    • Strong drive, motivation, and a great personal fit to the team

    • High initiative, able to operate with autonomy and ownership

    • Full-time availability in Munich
