We move fast using Cursor and manage product work in Linear.

Aufgaben

Build and maintain backend APIs with Ruby on Rails
Develop responsive, high-quality UIs using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
Integrate AI services (GPT, OCR, automation) into real workflows
Work directly with the Managing Director to shape and deliver new features
Own the full development cycle — from concept to deployment on Vercel / Railway

Qualifikation

3+ years of experience with Rails + Next.js (React)
Strong backend and database design skills
Solid frontend fundamentals: clean code, UX, and performance
Experience with Redis, background jobs, and API integrations
A product mindset — you care about outcomes, not just features

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or circular economy
Worked with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, OCR, automation)
Familiar with Cursor, Linear, and modern CI/CD tools
