Your Responsibilities

Build and lead a world-class organisation
Recruit, develop and motivate exceptional teams
Define and execute strategies across all functions
Drive growth and take full P&L and operational responsibility
Act as a sparring partner to existing management or assume full leadership, depending on the stage

Requirements

What We Expect From You

Proven leadership and ownership mindset from day one
Willingness to dive into all aspects of the business (Sales, Operations, Tech, etc.)
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
Ambition, humility, and passion for building companies and people
Curiosity and drive for continuous learning & optimisation
Degree with excellent results (Bachelor or Master, MBA a plus)
Fluent German (C1) required; strong English skills advantageous
3–7 years experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, startups or scale-ups
