Aufgaben
- Responsible for the technical integration of specific procurement data from our customers ERP system landscape into ivoflow using our middleware partners
- Mapping data from the source format to the target format is no problem for you
- You are confident in setting up profiles for data integration (CSV, DB, REST APIs)
- Provide consulting and technical support to our customers on the ivoflow software product
- Analyze, design, and implement IT solutions within customer projects
- Support and further develop customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
- Conduct technical error analysis and resolve issues (2nd-/3rd-level support)
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of new system landscapes
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success teams as well as external middleware partners to align integration solutions with business needs
- Experience with interfaces and data integration
Qualifikation
- Completed Technical Eduction (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
- Mininum 2 years of experience
- Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- Confident in using project management methods and tools
- Proven experience in customer project support and technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT-Security
- Experience with SAP or ERP Enterprise Systems, preferrably in the Supply Chain and Procurement space and/or working with middleware tools as Lobster
