Are you passionate about the medical device industry and looking to make a difference in people's lives? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Product Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team. This role can be based at one of our locations either in Austria, Portugal or Germany, with a preference for Austria. Openness to move to our location close to Innsbruck, Austria would also be an option.
In this role, you will serve as a clinical expert, providing technical support, training, and education to healthcare providers to facilitate the successful adoption and utilization of our products and services, ensuring their optimal and compliant use. Your daily tasks include:
· Conducting product demonstrations and presentations in clinical settings for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technical staff.
· Providing clinical support during product implementation and troubleshooting.
· Developing clinical, educational materials and user manuals as well as presentations tailored to diverse clinical audiences.
· Providing clinical education and training sessions to healthcare providers on our products’ features, benefits, and proper usage.
· Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and optimize product adoption.
· Supporting the sales team with technical and clinical expertise during customer engagements.
· Collecting and analyzing feedback from clinicians to perform product improvements and new development.
· Stay current on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and competitor products.
· Attending and representing the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and professional events.
· Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to product use.
You are the right candidate if you meet the following requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field; advanced degrees preferred.
· Experience working in the medical device field or clinical experience would be a benefit.
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment of the operating room with quick reaction times.
· Technical aptitude and interest in clinical procedures and technical set-up of medical devices.
· Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable clinical insights.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Precise working method and ability to produce detailed documentation.
· Willingness to travel up to 40% required, including on short notice.
