THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) is responsible for defining and maintaining project management standards and practices within the company. It provides project oversight, resources, and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. The PMO also facilitates communication and collaboration across different projects and departments.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensure the preparation and execution of testing and commissioning of complete equipment, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality and best customer experience.

Who you are:
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Technical education with focus on control systems. Additional experience on mechanical side is beneficial.
- Good knowledge in networks and communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, Ethernet, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commissioning, preferably in the renewable energy sector or related industries.
- Technical knowledge of solar tracking systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Proficient in preparing technical documentation and reports.
- Good communication, strong problem-solving and ability to conduct trainings.
- Willingness to international travel as required by project needs.
- Good command in English is a must. Minimum B2.

Where you can make an impact:
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES
- Execute on-site testing and commissioning activities of the equipment supplied by Ideematec.
- Implement and configure control and communication systems for solar tracking projects.
- Validate equipment installation and report non-conformities.
- Conduct functional tests of control and instrumentation systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain traceability of project materials, replacements, and spare parts.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and commissioning checklists.
- Report progress and updates to the Commissioning Manager and Project Manager.
- Train and support onsite teams, subcontractors, and O&M personnel in equipment operation and procedures.
- Assist the Technical Department with equipment enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure commissioning tasks are executed in compliance with project requirements regarding quality, time, and safety.
- Provide technical and field support to the customer’s team regarding the delivered equipment.
- Support the development and update of Commissioning Manuals and procedures.
