We're seeking a Product Manager (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.

Your mission in a nutshell:

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the development of new products from ideation to market launch. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, validating concepts, and building scalable solutions that drive business growth.

How you will spend your time:

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product development
Identify and validate new product opportunities (market, user needs, business impact)
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders
Drive MVP development and iterative product improvements
Analyse product performance and derive actionable insights
Align product initiatives with business and revenue goals

What you should bring to the table:

3+ years experience in Product Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience launching new products or features
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Excellent communication skills in English
Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action

Nice to Have

Experience in digital health / SaaS / platform businesses
German language skills

Interview process
