    As we stand on the brink of shaping the future, we're hiring a (Senior) Full Stack Engineer (AI Focus) (f/m/d). In this role, you will drive the development of AI-powered features for our cloud platform, integrating intelligent automation capabilities to enhance our product’s user experience and efficiency.

    Your Mission

    • Conceptualizing and building AI-powered features for our cloud platform. You transform cutting-edge AI models into practical, user-friendly applications that streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
    • Developing seamless integrations between AI components and our existing architecture, your solutions ensure efficient data processing and scalable AI applications.
    • Ensuring great code quality through frequent code reviews and pair programming using an AI copilot.
    • Working in a ShapeShift  Squad with our product team to develop concepts and drive our mission forward.

    Requirements

    Your Superpowers

    • At least 4 years of professional experience in web development.
    • Proficient with modern MVC frameworks and PHP 8. You are comfortable working with these technologies and can leverage them to build robust, scalable applications.
    • Knowledge about Vibe Coding and experience working with OpenAI APIs or equivalents using an AI driven development stack.
    • Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, ideally, you have experience with Vue.js, TypeScript, Docker, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • You are comfortable in a bilingual (German/English) work environment. With our bilingual set-up, your daily business with engineers is in English, and company-wide meetings are in German.
