As a CRO / Website Strategist at Growably, you’ll work directly with the founders to help fast-growing SaaS companies sharpen their positioning, define high-converting page structures, and bring clarity to complex web projects. One day, you’re refining messaging with a CMO. The next, you’re structuring a website funnel or guiding a client through a strategic workshop. You’ll operate at the intersection of product marketing, UX, and conversion optimization – and grow faster than in any junior role you’ve seen before.
Aufgaben
✍🏻 Your daily Business
- Lead strategic conversations with C-level leaders across Europe to sharpen their positioning and messaging
- Help define website funnels, page structures, and content strategies that convert - tailored to the business goals of fast-scaling SaaS and tech companies
- Collaborate directly with the founders to refine and evolve our internal website strategy process - from workshops to frameworks to documentation
- Tackle a variety of high-impact tasks across strategy, operations, and delivery — no two days look the same, and that’s what makes it exciting
- Actively optimize websites for conversion – identify opportunities, run experiments, and iterate on structure, copy, and layout to drive measurable growth
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects moving smoothly
Qualifikation
🤩 What you bring
- You have a background in marketing – ideally in product marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or website strategy – and understand how positioning, messaging, and structure impact growth.
- You’ve worked in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments before – and loved it
- You have a deep interest in the B2B SaaS space — and want to understand how great software products grow.
- You’re confident communicating with senior stakeholders, structuring complex ideas, and getting to the point.
- Your friends describe you as “young and hungry” – and you want to work with a team that’s just as driven.
- Fluent in English & German.
