Email Marketing Manager (Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time)
Help us scale an international DTC brand with smart segmentation, great storytelling, and impactful flows.
Gotyu is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our email marketing strategy across multiple markets and product categories. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who knows their way around Klaviyo (and optionally OmniSend), understands audience segmentation deeply, and sees email as more than just a sales channel — but a space to build a community.
We are open to both part-time and full-time applications, depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.
✅ What We’re Looking For
•4+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce brand with multiple product categories.
•Expert in Klaviyo and/or Omnisend – including advanced flow logic, dynamic product blocks, split conditions, custom properties, etc.
•Your email marketing work should have highly contributed to revenue.
•Experience working in international brands – you know how to set up multilingual flows and campaigns from a single email account and segment customers accurately based on location or subdomain.
•Fluent in English; German is a major plus and will be a deciding factor between equally qualified candidates.
•Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce customer lifecycle best practices.
🔍 What You’ll Do
•Own and lead all email marketing activities: strategy, segmentation, execution, and performance optimization.
•Build and manage flows and automations that are segmented by product interest, customer journey stage, and country.
•Create and execute campaigns with strong value-driven messaging, aligned with our brand tone and mission.
•Ensure clean list management and customer tagging using smart filters, segments, and conditional logic.
•Set up and manage country-specific flows and campaigns using shopify markets.
•Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, product, and data teams to launch products, push sets/packs, and drive retention.
•Analyze performance metrics weekly and monthly (open rate, click-through rate, revenue attribution, churn, etc.) and continuously test and improve.
•Includes SMS & Whatsapp marketing
