    As our Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving GeoEdge’s growth in the DACH region, with a strong focus on the German digital advertising market. You’ll lead strategic sales efforts, manage and grow a high-value pipeline, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the adtech ecosystem.

    This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited to someone who brings deep market knowledge, experience working within international companies, and a hands-on, consultative sales approach.

    Responsibilities

    • Build, manage, and own a sales pipeline - including lead generation, outbound outreach, prioritization, and tracking key metrics
    • Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - across Germany and the broader DACH region
    • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at publishers, SSPs, platforms, and media companies
    • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting
    • Adapt GeoEdge’s global value proposition into impactful, localized sales narratives
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client growth
    • Provide insights into regional market trends and customer needs to shape strategic and product direction
    • Represent GeoEdge at key industry events throughout Europe, both virtually and in person

    Requirements

    4+ years of B2B sales experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with a strong track record in Germany and DACH markets

    Proven success managing the full sales cycle and consistently hitting revenue goals

    Strong network across publishers, SSPs, and media platforms

    Ability to pitch and close complex deals with senior stakeholders

    Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels

    Native or fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication

    Consultative, client-focused sales approach with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

    Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

    Location in or near Hamburg is a plus
