Tasks
- Designing and delivering monthly financial and analytical reports to the management and monitoring performance at the Regional level,
- Collaborating with the countries within the Region in planning, developing, and monitoring the IT operating expenses and budgets,
- Providing solid, reliable, and accurate analytical financial information regarding IT expenses,
- Initiating and managing budgeting and forecasting processes and monitoring deviations,
- Optimizing and developing reporting and analysis processes,
- Conducting ad hoc analysis to support IT Management team in their decision-making,
- Developing and establishing ongoing IT and project cost reporting (CAPEX, OPEX and defined KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally in the area of IT and/or project controlling in an international company,
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,
- Fluent in English, another European language such as French’ German, etc. is a plus,
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment,
- Strong communication skills,
- Excellent quality awareness and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in the logistics industry (i.e. contract logistics / freight forwarding) is an advantage.
