  • We are looking for a Commercial Planner (all genders) to join our commercial department. In this role, you will be driving the strategy of the commercial team and ensuring data-driven planning across all markets. You will understand key business drivers, analyze data to support your hypotheses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Your Role
  • Drive Commercial Strategy: You regularly analyze sales performance, key KPIs, and relevant metrics to measure commercial success. You act as a strategic partner to C-level executives and stakeholders, delivering actionable recommendations to optimize performance and achieve core business objectives.
  • Data Analysis: You leverage large data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends. You utilize SQL to query, extract, transform, and analyze the data essential for commercial planning and analysis.
  • Planning & Collaboration: Together with the Senior Commercial Planning Manager, you will co-lead the sales planning process across all markets. You define short- and long-term commercial targets by translating data insights in close collaboration with the Commercial, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Assortment teams.
  • Visualize & Inform: You design compelling Tableau dashboards and presentations that bring data to life, clearly visualizing complex datasets into actionable insights that inform decision-making across all leadership levels.
  • Process Improvement: You continuously develop and improve our planning approach, striving for more dynamic, automated, and scalable workflows and tools.
  • Influence & Act as Expert: You are the go-to person for strategic analyses and special requests. Your precise findings and recommendations directly influence senior leadership decisions and shape our long-term company planning.

  • Your Profile
  • At least three years of work experience in a consumer-oriented commercial, highly analytical, and/or finance or management consulting role. Previous experience in business planning and a good understanding of the P&L structure in ecommerce is a must.
  • An exceptionally analytical and insight-driven mindset, with a strong motivation to deconstruct the conversion funnel, understand user behavior through data, and identify growth opportunities. Skilled at synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and communicating them clearly to executive audiences.
  • In-depth working experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel or G-Suite, Tableau and SQL are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure from ambiguity, scale processes effectively, and influence diverse stakeholders across departments to  drive progress on complex, multi-team initiatives without formal authority.
  • Degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a comparable course of studies with a focus on data processing, or a related discipline.
