Your key responsibilities as a Senior Kotlin Developer will include:

Owning, developing, and stabilising core backend microservices to ensure reliability and scalability in production environments.
Optimising performance of existing services and processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and long-term maintainability.
Contributing to system architecture, technical decision-making, and thorough pull request reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Participating in 2nd and 3rd level support, including root cause analysis and operational problem-solving.
Working closely with other engineers to ensure high-quality delivery across backend services and, where required, occasional frontend tasks.
Supporting the ongoing operation of production systems through monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement.
