As a Software QA Tester Intern, you’ll play an active role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire testing lifecycle and work in an agile, fast-paced environment where your ideas truly count.
Tasks
- Ensure quality: Support our QA team in testing our software, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Automate smartly: Help build and refine automated testing processes using tools like Playwright, Storybook, and Jest, plus scripting in TypeScript, SQL, and Python.
- Visualize and document: Improve our user documentation by extending our Python-ffmpeg–based tooling to automatically create animated GIFs of the platform.
- Spot and solve issues: Identify, document, and track bugs using our project management tools to keep development smooth and efficient.
- Collaborate closely: Work hand in hand with developers and product managers to ensure our software meets customer expectations and delivers real value.
Requirements
- You’re currently studying Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on software development or quality assurance (mandatory internship).
- You have a genuine interest in software testing, automation, and improving product quality.
- You bring strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- You already have some basic experience with programming languages and test automation tools.
- You’re fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
