Tasks

Product Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance our platform product, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Process & Automation Optimization: Design, define, and continuously optimize process workflows and automation flows to improve internal operations and engineering efficiency.
AI Prompt Engineering: Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance in real-world applications.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in a startup environment.
Proficiency in TypeScript or a strong background in JavaScript/Node.js.
Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

nice to have:

Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs).
Familiarity with prompt engineering or willingness to learn.
A mindset for continuous improvement and technical ownership.
Experience working with event-driven architecture.
Data analytics / BI experience.
Experience with marketing setup, BI, CRM, and/or web scraping.
