Overall Description
As an Area Manager dedicated to the German Market (Southeast – Bayern), you will lead the commercial growth of your assigned territory, as listed below by managing and developing a high-performing sales team. You’ll drive the execution of go-to-market strategies, ensure brand penetration, and achieve profitability targets. Your role includes customer development, strategic sales planning, and close collaboration with marketing and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach field sales teams to achieve sales and brand visibility goals.
- Execute go-to-market strategies using commercial tools and tailored offers.
- Identify market opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Identify development opportunities by prospecting for new customers
- Works alongside the Marketing department to develop the marketing plan and budget for the customers of the assigned areas.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
- Develops a high skilled sales team through expert coaching on strategic selling contents, sales capabilities.
- Forecast sales and support product planning.
- Lead special commercial projects to boost performance.
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales staff.
- Oversee performance reviews, workload monitoring, and career development.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up on individual performance.

Requirements
Your Profile
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in sales and team leadership
- Motivation for field-based activities
- Obsessed with results
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency in German, good knowledge of English, Italian is a strong plus
- Ability to drive results in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
