For Dahua DACH Region we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Assistant within the field of Security Video Surveillance/Pro AV/Alarm/ or IT to deliver the creative execution of our Company’s marketing and communication strategy. Together with the Marketing team members (from our DACH Team, WEU Team and headquarters in China), you will be responsible for the timely and successful execution of the operational B2B Marketing activities for Dahua DACH. This would be an exciting opportunity for the suitable candidate to make his or her mark within a continuously expanding organization. To be successful in this role, the future job holder must have some all-round Marketing experience, he/ she must be familiar with Photoshop / Illustrator for basic graphic designing and must have strong administration skills. Your base location would be in Düsseldorf and you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and Country Manager Germany.
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the DACH Region Marketing plan;
• Assisting the Marketing team to achieve Dahua DACH’s business objectives;
• Providing effective marketing support to all business areas in order to achieve the country sales
team’s goals and objectives;
• Maintaining contact with partners and customers regarding promotions, online & offline
marketing events and other inquiries;
• Maintaining the Social media platforms and our Dahua Partner App in cooperation with the
Marketing department;
• Maintaining the public mailbox, website and other relevant platforms;
• Planning and organizing company’s event and roadshows in cooperation with the Marketing
Manager;
• Coordinating and update the promotional materials of new product launch ;
• Other duties as directed by the Country Manager and Marketing Manager.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field,
• 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience,
• Marketing experience in the field of Security Video Surveillance and/or IT would be considered
as a plus
• Attention to detailed and logical approach by identifying business needs and proactively
translate this into marketing action plan
• Computer literate and advanced level skills in using Excel, Outlook, Word, Photoshop / Illustrator
and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CRM management (Salesforce) system and relevant marketing tools
• Knowledge of website management using CMS platforms as well as HTML/CSS woult be a big
plus point.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese. German at least
B2.
