That's where you come in

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (Internship) at Consultport, you'll work side-to-side with the founders on high-impact projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company.

You’ll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Management. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It is a great opportunity for ambitious young professionals who want to experience a wide range of business functions.

Tasks

Growth Strategy: Work on business-critical projects, and expand Consultport into new markets.
Venture Excellence: Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members.
Sales Operations: Optimize sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive efficiency.
Ad hoc projects: Act as “firefighter”, addressing urgent challenges daily

Requirements

You have a proactive mindset. You will often not know a solution right away, but that doesn't block you. Instead, you take initiative, explore different approaches, and find the answers.
You want to have a real impact. Your work directly influences the success of our business. You will not be a cog in a machine, but a key player in Consultport.
You take full ownership. You do not shy away from responsibility and are eager to tackle challenging projects.
You are quantitatively minded. You love numbers, from KPI tracking to data enrichment.
You are a quick learner. You quickly grasp new concepts and can learn independently with little guidance.

Your Profile

Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 15% of your class)
An interest in business, technology, finance, or operations is a plus
Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or startups).
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
