We’re now looking for someone to strengthen our team and build our marketing function from the ground up – a person who works methodically, identifies the right segments and channels, tests hypotheses, and develops scalable growth strategies.

Tasks

Test and evaluate different channels and campaign types (with a strong focus on online marketing) to help us move toward a clear product–market fit.
Build a deep understanding of our users by analyzing behaviors, needs, and motivations together with the product team.
Develop and implement reactivation campaigns
Support our Product Owner on monetization topics

Requirements

Proven multi-year experience in marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable results — ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment.
Deep knowledge of key marketing channels and how to leverage them effectively.
Strong interest in topics related to families, parenting, or early childhood.
This role can also be part-time.
Ideally: experience in Digital Health or other regulated/mission-driven sectors.
Ideally based in Berlin.
Fluent in English and German.
