▪ Develop strategy how to improve revenue and traffic to the EU subs 9 websites (Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Ireland) + support EMEA distributors
▪ Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) – current main markets : UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria
▪ Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics
▪ Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation
▪ Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
▪ Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ecom, Sales) and external partners (Agencies for Content and Consulting)

▪ Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
▪ Fluent in German and English
