Clariness is looking for a Freelance - Project Coordinator - Printing and Shipping (f/m/d).

As a Freelance - Project Coordinator - Printing and Shipping (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:
- Project Coordination: Independently manage printing and shipping workflows, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Tracking & Reporting: Keep project trackers (primarily Excel-based) meticulously updated with accurate information on timelines, addresses, and file links.
- Client Interaction: Deliver clear and prompt updates using established templates; occasionally lead communication with clients.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and standards using predefined processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and actively contribute to meetings focused on improving workflows and execution.
- Accountability: Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage your time effectively, and follow through with minimal supervision.
We would like you to have:
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex, multi-step processes.
- Skilled in working with multiple trackers and consolidating large volumes of information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team.
