  • As a Working Student in our Social Media & Community team, you will support the day-to-day operations of our brand’s online presence. From helping with content scheduling and community engagement to assisting in influencer campaigns and reporting, this is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic international marketing team.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).

    • Assist in community management (replying to comments, flagging user insights, etc.).

    • Research social media trends and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

    • Help track performance metrics and prepare reports.

    • Support influencer research, outreach, and content coordination.

    • Assist with administrative tasks like updating content calendars, gathering assets, and coordinating with internal teams.

    • Provide support in content creation.

    • Currently enrolled in a university program with a minimum of one year of studies remaining (Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar).

    • A strong interest in social media and digital communication.

    • A good visual sense and eye for content that works well on social media.

    • Experience with Canva or other visual tools is a big plus.

    • Strong communication skills in English (German is a bonus).

    • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit.

    • Ideally available for 20 hours per week.

    • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content will be considered an advantage.

    Key technical skills:

    • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

    • Experience with content creation tools, especially Canva (or similar tools like Adobe Express, Figma, etc.).

    • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer – or willingness to learn).

    • Understanding of social media metrics and ability to assist in tracking engagement and reach.

    • Basic copywriting skills for captions, replies, and community posts.

    • Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.

    • Strong research skills, especially for identifying trends, influencers, and relevant content.

    • Good visual sense and ability to support layout and design choices for posts and stories.

    Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
