Enterprise Solutions Specialist (German speaking)

We're partnering with a leading BPO consultancy to find a talented Active Directory Engineer with German fluency to join their remote team in Germany! This role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in Germany, with occasional travel by train (30-40%) to meet clients face-to-face.

Tasks

• Collaborate with customers to design, deploy, manage, and optimize complex Active Directory (AD) environments within their enterprise networks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance, education, and best practices implementation to ensure security, risk mitigation, and successful AD initiatives.

Requirements

• C1 proficiency in German (both spoken and written)
• B1+ fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Experience with Windows Server versions 2012R2, 2016, and 2019
• Solid understanding of client and server operating system configuration, hardening, security patching, and update management
• Experience with operational processes and procedures
• Knowledge of privileged account/group management and account hygiene practices
• Experience with forest and domain trusts
• Expertise in key Active Directory object permission delegation
• Ability to travel by train throughout Germany for client meetings
