We are looking for a Mid/Senior Product Software Engineer to join our Investment Modeling team in Tallinn/ Berlin to build user-facing tooling for forecasting and optimisation of Incentives investments across hundreds of cities around the world!

<strong>About the role</strong>
As a Product Software Engineer for the Investment Modelling Team team, you will be building internal user-facing tooling that's used for budgeting purposes - setting and tracking operational targets, interacting with forecasting and optimization models that estimate growth of the business. You will use best practices for automating workflows, designing interfaces, and regularly collecting feedback from users.
<strong>Your daily adventures will include:</strong>
- Develop a deep understanding of technical and business needs to solve real-world problems end-to-end
- Develop and maintain software used for forecasting & optimization in budgeting process
- Gather feedback from users to improve the product
- Communicate and present results to product and business stakeholders
- Work with Python, AWS, Google Spreadsheets / Appscript
- Work with data/business analysts, data scientists, software engineers, product managers in cross-functional feature teams
<strong>About you:</strong>
- Industry experience in product software engineering (3+ years recommended)
- Natural curiosity to identify problems, explore trends and discover opportunities with little supervision
- Passionate about user experience and interface design
- Capability to approach problems with first principles thinking
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- You will get extra credits for product development experience in a technology company
