We’re building a brand that redefines beauty and longevity: effective, science-based, and truly sustainable. Our vision is to empower women to embrace natural beauty while caring for their health and the planet.

We are a young, ambitious brand ready to scale – and now we are looking for a Creative Director & Equity Partner to join us as a true co-creator.

Aufgaben

As our Creative Director & Equity Partner, you will:

Define and lead the creative direction and brand identity of Beloma.
Develop a content engine across Instagram and beyond (concepts, reels, campaigns, storytelling formats).
Shape the visual language and tone of voice that differentiates Beloma in the beauty & wellness market.
Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth initiatives.
Experiment, test, and refine creative concepts to drive reach, conversion, and community engagement.

This is not a job. This is co-creation – you’ll have both freedom and ownership in building Beloma’s creative universe.

Qualifikation

Proven background in creative direction, brand strategy, or content creation.
Strong sense of aesthetics, cultural trends, and digital storytelling.
Entrepreneurial drive: you thrive in lean setups, think big, and execute fast.
Passion for beauty, wellness, or longevity is a big plus.
Hands-on skills (e.g. video editing, design, or copywriting) are highly valuable.
