Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.
Our Benefits:
- At Atolls, we believe in nurturing both your professional and personal growth. Here's what you can expect:
- A culture that values personal and professional development, with internal mobility opportunities.
- A supportive and open-minded team that embraces diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
- 32 days of paid vacation plus your birthday off, giving you the time you need to recharge.
- A flexible hybrid working scheme to balance work and life.
- Access to a learning budget and internal training to help you grow in your role.
- Mental health coaching to support your well-being.

- A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are.
*These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location.

- Translate SEO opportunities into a prioritized product roadmap with clear problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics
- Focus on outcomes such as traffic quality, CTR, engagement, signup conversion, and activation — not rankings alone
- Lead Discovery for Organic User Journeys
- Understand searcher intent across key verticals and savings-related use cases
- Map end-to-end journeys from keyword → RLP/category → signup → first value (cashback or coupon usage)
- Validate ideas through user research, data analysis, and experimentation
- Shape and Scale SEO Foundations
- Own and iterate on RLP and category page templates
- Drive scalable on-page SEO improvements, including metadata, internal linking, structured data, and content patterns
- Partner with engineering to improve crawlability, indexation, faceted navigation, and overall SEO hygiene
- Strengthen Content Quality and Trust (EEAT)
- Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to reinforce authorship, editorial signals, and review/rating components
- Help define "helpful content" patterns that genuinely solve user problems around savings and cashback
- Optimize Lead Generation and Activation from Organic Traffic
- Build and optimize leadgen entry points across RLPs and content pages
- Experiment with CTAs, banners, layouts, and messaging to improve signup and activation rates
- Reduce friction in signup and onboarding journeys for new organic visitors
- Measure What Matters
- Define, track, and communicate clear KPIs and guardrails for organic growth
- Monitor organic sessions, new users, CTR, engagement, signup conversion, activation rate, and time to first value
- Run a Strong Product Delivery Process
- Work closely with your squad to define clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Manage dependencies early with platform and infrastructure teams
- Lead thoughtful rollouts and A/B experiments with robust measurement and learnings
- Communicate with Clarity and Confidence
- Write concise strategy documents, PRDs, and decision memos
- Present trade-offs, insights, and recommendations to senior and C-level stakeholders
- Keep teams and leaders aligned on goals, progress, and learnings
Your Profile:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on growth, SEO, marketplaces, or content-heavy consumer products
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they intersect with product, UX, and engineering
- Proven experience translating ambiguous opportunities into clear product initiatives and roadmaps
- Comfort working with data: defining metrics, analyzing performance, and running experiments
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, Content, SEO, and Data teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, hypothesis-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile product teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Experience working on large-scale SEO landing pages, category pages, or programmatic SEO
