    • We’re looking for AI Software Engineers who enjoy building production-grade AI systems — not prototypes. You’ll design and implement the core components that power our AI Agents: reasoning modules, workflow orchestration, data extraction, integration logic, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running reliably at scale.

    You’ll work with real-world procurement data, complex enterprise environments, and high-stakes operational workflows, building systems that must perform accurately and consistently.

    In this role, you will:

    • Build and refine LLM-based agent workflows and reasoning strategies

    • Develop tools for data extraction, classification, enrichment, and process automation

    • Design robust workflows and orchestration logic for multi-step agent tasks

    • Improve reliability, performance, and accuracy of agent interactions

    • Work with structured and unstructured data at scale

    • Ensure systems integrate reliably with ERP, P2P, and procurement systems

    • Partner with Product to define requirements and scope new capabilities

    • Collaborate with FDEs and Implementation Engineers to understand real-world constraints

    • Turn customer-specific workflows into scalable product features

    This role is ideal for engineers who want to build real, production AI that operates in mission-critical environments.

    What We’re Looking For

    You’re a strong fit if you:

    • Have experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or building AI-driven features

    • Enjoy system design, problem-solving, and building reliable distributed systems

    • Communicate clearly and work well in cross-functional teams

    • Are comfortable moving between quick prototyping and production-ready engineering

    • Take ownership and think in terms of long-term maintainability

    • Are curious about how AI can transform operational workflows in enterprises

    Bonus: experience with workflow orchestration, retrieval pipelines, integration-heavy environments, or procurement/supply chain systems.
