Experience: 3+ years of relevant HR administration/operations experience
Education: Completed HR-related commercial apprenticeship or a university degree (e.g., Business Administration/HR)
Solid knowledge of employment contracts, onboarding processes, and HR systems
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, a feeling of ownership, and a structured approach to work
Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
Proficient handling of HR systems (Personio would be a plus) and data maintenance
Ability to independently resolve more complex employee inquiries
Willingness to actively participate in projects for the further development of the HR function
English and German language skills at level B2 or above
Studies: Currently enrolled as a student, preferably - but not necessarily - in a subject related to Business Administration, HR, or comparable fields
Strong affinity for systems, data entry, and meticulous accuracy in work
Organizational skills and a structured approach to managing tasks in parallel
Proficient handling of data and systems, e.g., working with an HRIS
A team-player mentality and supportive mindset, i.e., rolling up sleeves with the intention of discovering learning opportunities
English and German language skills at level B2 or above are required
