As a Talent Sourcer & Market Researcher, you'll be the engine that drives our growth, identifying and engaging the future leaders of our company. You'll work directly with a diverse group of recruiters across multiple teams, departments, geographies and even the different companies we enable. This is a role for someone with a high-growth mindset who wants to quickly gain business acumen and make a tangible impact. The expectation is that you will grow your career internally, with clear paths to roles like a Recruiter or other business functions you may find yourself drawn to.

    What you will do:

    • Strategize & Align: Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand their goals, ideal candidate profiles, and the skills needed to succeed at Applike Group.
    • Search & Engage: Build and execute a multi-channel sourcing strategy to find and connect with top-tier, passive talent.
    • Research & Analyze: Become an expert on the talent market, providing insights and data on market trends, competitor hiring, and talent availability.
    • Qualify & Handover: Conduct initial screening and qualification calls, providing detailed summaries to the recruiting team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

    Who you are:

    • Drive: You're a proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn and understand the business. You're motivated by a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Curiosity: You have a passion for learning about people and markets. You love digging into data to uncover new opportunities.
    • Communication: Professional fluency in English (German is a plus). You're a natural relationship builder who can quickly earn trust with both candidates and internal partners.
    • Experience: You have 0-1+ years of experience in a professional setting - whether that's in sales, marketing, consulting, or recruiting - where you've demonstrated your ability to manage projects and priorities effectively.
