Tasks

Providing personal IT support directly at the service point
Assisting with everyday IT issues (Windows, hardware, Office, mobile devices)
Issuing, exchanging, and receiving laptops, monitors, and accessories
Performing minor technical checks and troubleshooting
Documenting issues in the ticketing system
Working closely with experienced IT specialists
