We are looking for Senior Engineers who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems. You will build and maintain an orchestration layer that centralizes message flow and persistence, ensuring conversations can be reliably reconstructed independent of the client. This system will distribute events across services & integrations, coordinate responses from multiple AI agents, and provide a consistent, auditable history that can scale to collaborative use cases. Your responsibilities:

Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative products or features from conception to delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to create technical solutions that align with project requirements
Architect scalable software systems for both cloud and on-premise environments
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring robust and efficient performance
Drive the development lifecycle, from planning and designing to coding, testing, and deployment
Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, including unit and automated tests
Continuously stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the improvement of our engineering processes

Your profile:

Relevant experience working with Python, ideally in a startup or fast pace environment
Strong foundation in systems thinking, software engineering, and architecture design
Experience building and shipping scalable software solutions
Familiarity with machine learning (ML) and data engineering projects is a plus
Experience building real-time collaborative solutions is a plus
