We're looking for a passionate Full-Stack Developer (Working Student) to drive our product forward and help us scale.

Tasks
What You'll Do
Day-to-day tasks will be tailored to match your personal skills and career goals, spanning core infrastructure and product engineering. As a vital early team member, you will have a significant influence on our high-level strategy, overall system architecture, and product direction.
Product Development:
- Architect novel features and improve current system capabilities by working closely with Paul and Emile
- Proactively collect feedback from users and translate those insights into concrete improvements for the platform
Technical Leadership:
- Ensure our architectural foundation remains highly resilient and scalable to accommodate our continuous growth
- Continuously refine and update our AI toolchains to take full advantage of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence
- Work directly with state-of-the-art tech, concentrating heavily on backend systems deployed via Cloudflare and Google Cloud
Past examples of what you could be building:
- Duolingo-inspired daily quiz system developed to increase student interaction with their coursework
- Complex AI pipelines constructed to extract text and visual data from diverse document types, structuring these elements into comprehensive knowledge graphs
- Custom authorization engine created to handle the growing intricacies associated with varying institutional setups
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL)
- Infrastructure: Cloudflare (Workers, Pages, Workflows, R2, KV), Google Cloud (Gemini, Cloud Run)
- Tools: Sentry, Langfuse, PostHog, Stripe
Please don't worry if you aren't familiar with every single technology from day one. We highly trust your ability to quickly learn and smoothly transition into using new tools and frameworks as the organization grows.
