Zeeg is a growing B2B SaaS startup from Berlin rethinking scheduling and customer communication. We build GDPR-compliant booking and CRM solutions, from online appointment scheduling and smart workflow automation to AI-powered voice agents that answer calls and book meetings on behalf of our customers.

Tasks
As our AI & Venture Development Tech Intern, you will work directly with our founder and tech lead. Your mandate is straightforward: find manual processes across the company and replace them with smarter, more scalable solutions. That could mean automating repetitive tasks in sales, improving how we handle customer onboarding, accelerating how our team works with AI tools, or building entirely new workflows from scratch wherever time is currently being wasted.
Automation & AI
- Build process automations: You identify repetitive manual workflows across teams and build automations that replace or dramatically simplify those steps, using tools like Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, and Google Workspace where it makes sense.
- Deploy AI tools strategically: You figure out how modern AI tools can be embedded into existing workflows so they create genuine value rather than becoming yet another unused tool.
- Establish repeatable workflows: You make sure that good processes do not depend on individual people by setting up structured, automated pipelines that run without manual nudging.
Projects & Ownership
- Own projects end to end: You take ideas from concept to implementation and are accountable for the outcome, not just a single step in the process.
- Prioritize pragmatically: You recognize when a quick solution will deliver more value than a weeks-long project and allocate your time accordingly.
- Work independently: You do not need someone to define every next step. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
Tech & Infrastructure
- Work across our tool stack: You support the management and evolution of our technical infrastructure, focusing on integrations, APIs, and automation platforms rather than any single product.
- Bridge teams and technology: You translate technical possibilities into understandable solutions so that colleagues across the company can benefit without needing to go deep into the underlying technology themselves.
Requirements
You are a great fit if you want to work at the intersection of technology and company building and bring the following:
- You are studying a field that combines computer science and business, such as Information Systems, Digital Business, or a comparable degree.
- You have a solid technical foundation and pick up new tools and systems quickly.
- You have a general understanding of how APIs work and are not intimidated by connecting services, reading documentation, or figuring things out by experimenting.
- You have used AI tools like Claude, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar platforms and have thought about how to use them to actually get things done rather than just chat with them.
- You think in solutions: when you see a problem, you try things out rather than waiting for instructions.
- You communicate clearly and can explain technical concepts to people who are not technical.
- You are fluent in English. Native-level German is a strong plus.
