Tasks

Operation and further development of a hybrid IT infrastructure (cloud & on-premise)
Administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
Support and implementation of cloud transformation (migration of on-premise systems to the cloud)
Support of classic infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Exchange (On-Premise & Online) and Group Policies
Participation in the administration of virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware) as well as backup and security system
Coordination of external service providers and collaboration with international stakeholders Ensuring IT security, compliance and system availability
Analysis, conception and implementation of new technical solutions and processes
Independent management of projects and continuous optimization of the IT landscape

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID)
Experience in hybrid IT environments (cloud & on-premise)
Good knowledge of classic infrastructure topics (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, GPOs)
Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
Willingness to work across disciplines as a generalist and to familiarize oneself with new topics
Good German skills and technical English skills
Independent, solution-oriented and responsible work style
