Workabroad has established product-market fit and early traction. We are now looking for a Late-Stage Cofounder to join our leadership team and drive our next phase of global expansion.
This is a high-stakes role for a builder who thrives on securing capital and closing high-value deals.

The Role
You will own the two most critical drivers of our growth:
- Fundraising: Leading capital-raising efforts, building VC relationships, and securing Seed/Series A funding.
- Sales & Revenue: Architecting our GTM strategy, securing B2B partnerships, and building a repeatable sales engine.
What You’ll Do
- Secure Capital: Pitch to investors and manage the end-to-end fundraising process.
- Drive Revenue: Identify and close deals with international employers and recruitment partners.
- Build the Engine: Transition the company from founder-led sales to a professional, scalable department.
- Shape the Vision: Work with the existing team to define our roadmap and global footprint.
Qualifikation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Closer: A track record of raising venture capital or closing six-figure B2B deals.
- Scaling Expert: Experience taking a startup from "traction" to "scale."
- Global Mindset: Familiarity with HR tech, labor markets, or international recruitment is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: You are ready for a high-risk, high-reward environment where your equity is your primary motivator.
