💡 Your Mission: Build the platform that transforms voize from a tool into a system

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the 0→1 development of the voize Management Platform - a foundational product that will change how care organizations adopt, manage, and scale voize across their operations.

If you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex problems from first principles, this role is for you. Your mission is to turn voize’s growing data foundation into proactive quality management, operational insights, and real control for leadership teams - making voize indispensable not just to frontline staff, but to the people running care organizations.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days look the same

Start from zero. Work directly with management, operations, and quality leaders in care facilities to understand how organizations actually run and become the product expert bridging frontline operations and leadership needs
Build the foundation. The platform does not exist yet - you will create it from scratch. Your work becomes the control layer that helps care organizations run better operations
Build, test, repeat. Form hypotheses about leadership workflows, validate them with users in care facilities, and uncover the highest-impact problems to solve
Ship what matters. Define clear requirements, meaningful metrics, and outcomes that move the business. Iterate quickly and learn from every release
Drive adoption. Identify the features that make leadership teams rely on voize every day, run MVP pilots, and turn early users into champions. Scale what works and drop what doesn’t
Design for scale and impact. Build platform structures for multiple roles, permissions, and workflows, and partner with GTM on pricing and packaging as the platform unlocks new revenue streams for voize

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

Several years of Product Management experience shipping SaaS or B2B platform products. Your path into Product may have taken some twists and turns — we especially value Technical Founders, Engineers, and startup veterans
Proven 0→1 product experience. You have built complex B2B products from scratch with minimal data, ambiguous requirements, and helped drive them toward product-market fit
Strong discovery and problem-solving skills. You enjoy working in ambiguous environments, know how to run user research with leadership personas, and turn complex problems into clear product decisions
Analytical and business-driven. You are comfortable with product analytics, operational metrics, and usage data, and understand how to translate them into ROI, adoption, and business impact
Platform thinking. You have experience designing products with multiple user roles, permissions, and workflows and know how to build scalable systems rather than isolated features
Strong collaboration and customer proximity. You work effectively with leadership, engineering, GTM, and customers
You speak business-fluent German (C1), communicate well in English, and are willing to travel to customer sites every 2 weeks.
