VI Loft, we’re looking for a working student in office management to help keep our office and location organized, welcoming, and ready to use. Depending on upcoming events, you’ll also support event preparation and on-site execution. Working hours are flexible on weekdays, and we accommodate lecture schedules and exam periods.
What you will do:
Keep the office & VI Loft in great shape: Make sure everything is organized, tidy, and ready to use (basics, small to-dos, follow-ups).
Run errands & handle small organizational tasks: Take care of supplies, shopping, coordination, and other practical day-to-day topics.
Support events: Help with preparation and coordination (checklists, schedules) and pitch in on-site during events.
Requirements
What we expect:
Clear, proactive communication and a hands-on mindset (you spot what needs doing and get it done).
Structured, reliable way of working and strong organizational skills.
German and English.
A host mindset: friendly, service-oriented, and people-savvy.
Flexibility in hours (by arrangement, e.g., around events).
Nice to have: first experience in office management, hospitality, or event support/operations.
