We are looking for an experienced AI-powered sales practitioner and educator who combines deep hands-on sales expertise with the ability to design and teach practical AI-driven sales systems.
This role goes beyond instruction. You will act as both expert and co-author of the course — shaping frameworks, real-life cases, and practical methodologies that help modern sales teams sell smarter, faster, and with data-backed confidence.
As an Instructor & Expert for AI for Sales, you will guide learners through a hands-on transformation of their sales workflows — from defining ICPs and building prospect lists to negotiation, closing, and deal quality assessment using AI.
You will teach participants how to integrate AI across the full sales lifecycle, including:
Beyond delivery, you will collaborate with the course team to refine methodologies, validate real-world relevance, and continuously improve course content based on evolving sales practices.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic and operational sales experience with proven hands-on AI implementation and understands how AI reshapes both high-touch B2B sales and scalable B2C revenue workflows, including differences in customer journeys, data usage, and personalization approaches.

1. 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or growth roles (AE, SDR lead, Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth, or similar).

5. Solid understanding of data quality, enrichment processes, and CRM-driven workflows.

7. Prior experience conducting workshops, webinars, corporate training sessions, or internal enablement programs.
