    We are looking for experienced sales managers to join our small team as we grow the business from the first sales to the first $1M ARR.


    We are looking for a B2B Account Executive to drive mid-market and enterprise sales of Orfi in Europe, the U.S., and other English-speaking markets. This is a full cycle sales role (Cold Outreach - Signing & Onboarding New Accounts) will be based in Europe and work remotely with the team spread out across Europe.



    What you will do:
    • Prospect and generate leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking.
    • Create "know, like, and trust" relationships with your prospects.
    • Qualify leads and understand customer pain points, identifying how our product meets their specific business needs.
    • Present and demonstrate the value of our solution, emphasizing how they solve customer problems during the hiring process.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are aligned with product features.
    • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular reporting of sales performance.
    • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, explore upsell opportunities, and secure contract renewals.

    Requirements
    • Based in Europe, with the ability to work across multiple time zones, including the U.S.
    • 3+ years of experience in mid-market and enterprise B2B sales (no less than 1 year of closing experience).
    • Experience in HRTech is an advantage.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence decision-makers (HR, TA managers, CIOs, CDTOs, CTOs, and other senior executives).
    • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving measurable sales KPIs.
    • Existing network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
    • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
