As a working student digital communications you can expect the following tasks and responsibilities:
Maintain and continuously improve our homepage, ensuring content is up to date, consistent, and aligned with our communication strategy
Manage and further develop our LinkedIn presence by creating and publishing engaging content, supported by AI enabled Automations for recurring posts and approvals
Support the preparation and distribution of newsletters, including content creation and coordination with internal stakeholders
Coordinate with external partners (e.g. agencies, designers, freelancers) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of communication materials
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, contributing to smooth organization and impactful delivery
Work closely with the Chief of Staff to identify repetitive communication tasks and turn them into scalable automated workflows

For this role, ideally, you bring:
An academic background in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field
Prior experience in internal and or external communication and the maintenance of websites
Strong interest in automation and AI tools, with a hands-on mindset to test, improve and scale new workflows
The ability to clearly articulate results and insights
Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
Great passion and curiosity for accelerating the energy transition
A structured way of working and a team player mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of German, Polish, Spanish or Italian would be a plus
Based in Munich and available to work from our Munich office
