Phone calls have long had a bad reputation. All of us have been stuck in long waiting queues, dealt with unhelpful support agents, or listened to endless hold music. Even though voice is the most natural way to communicate, it has never scaled for businesses.
We believe that every B2C company in the world - from energy providers, to telecoms, to insurances - will have AI voice agents that interact with their customers. The number of business-to-consumer conversations over the phone is going to explode in the coming years. As LLMs get better and better it will become an absolute no-brainer to use voice agents to provide consumers with a great experience.

Own dedicated accounts during pilot phase and drive clear commercial outcomes (pilot conversion rate and revenue)
Manage pilot projects end-to-end, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and on track
Identify expansion opportunities and execute upsells during pilot phase
Act as trusted advisor to customers and help shape their AI strategies
Build, design, and refine AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily
Partner directly with engineering and customers to develop and ship production-ready agents
Track agent performance against key success criteria and continuously improve
Debug technical issues and provide hands-on support during pilot phase
Build, maintain, and improve workflows for customer onboarding, pilot management, and agent development
Lead customer workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption
Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams
Document best practices and playbooks to scale the onboarding function
You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed
you’re tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical/technical background)
you’re an excellent communicator in both English and German (additional languages are a big plus) - especially writing
you’ve built workflows and AI agents and understand topics like prompt engineering and APIs
(bonus) you have >1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (support, AM), ideally at a fast-growing startup
you have a pure business background but never worked with workflows and AI agents
you only like ‘strategic’ work and don’t want to get your hands dirty
you want to work 9–5 or remotely
