Our Corporate Finance / Corporate Development team sits at the heart of SumUp's strategic and financial operations. The team is responsible for shaping and executing the company's capital structure strategy, managing investor and lender relations, and driving initiatives that prepare SumUp for its next stage of growth.
Working closely with FP&A, Legal, and Senior Management, the team ensures that all financing activities are executed effectively, reported accurately, and aligned with SumUp's long-term vision. It's a high-performing, collaborative team where ownership, precision, and curiosity are key.
