Our first studio at Gendarmenmarkt is live. More locations across DACH are coming. We're early, we're hands-on, and we're focused on what actually moves the needle.
You'll work directly with the founders on the things that create traction: marketing, sales, expansion and partnerships.
Some days you're writing outreach to orthopedic practices and sports clubs. Other days you're coordinating a local event, cleaning up the CRM, or preparing a lease comparison for a new location. You'll handle invoices and you'll sit in on calls that shape the company. Both matter.
This isn't a role where you observe and learn. It's a role where you do – and where doing well opens doors.
What you'll spend most of your time on
The core of this job is getting Somana in front of the right people.
That means outreach to doctors, patients, sports clubs, local health communities – and the follow-through that turns a first conversation into a real relationship. You'll draft materials, maintain pipelines, execute local campaigns, support our social channels. Not strategy. Execution. Consistent outreach, clean follow-ups, visible traction.
Beyond that, you'll keep the operational backbone intact: receipts organized, invoices tracked, suppliers coordinated, internal docs in order. Not glamorous, but essential.
And you'll get exposure to expansion – researching locations, coordinating with brokers and architects, preparing what the founders need to make decisions. You won't own the real estate strategy, but you'll see how it's built.

If you perform, this role grows with you – into operations, growth, expansion, or Chief of Staff. But that's earned through execution, not promised upfront.
