Lead and further develop the global tax strategy of an international group, covering tax planning, governance, and risk management
Provide strategic tax support for international corporate tax matters, including M&A, reorganizations, financing, and cross‑border transactions
Ensure global tax compliance (corporate income tax, audits, disputes) across multiple jurisdictions
Be responsible for tax accounting and reporting within consolidated financial statements (IFRS / IAS 12, deferred taxes, provisions)
Manage transfer pricing frameworks, policies, and documentation in line with international requirements
Monitor and assess international tax developments (e.g. BEPS, withholding taxes, global tax reforms)
Act as a senior business partner to Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Group management
Lead and develop the tax team and coordinate external tax advisors
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or comparable qualification; professional tax qualification is a plus (e.g. Steuerberater, CPA, CTA)
10+ years of tax experience in a multinational group and/or top‑tier advisory firm
Solid expertise in international corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax governance within a regulated or listed environment
Extensive experience in tax accounting and reporting for consolidated financial statements (e.g. IFRS / IAS 12)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions
Proven project management and process improvement mindset; experience with scalable tax processes and controls is an advantage
Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages considered a plus
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and pragmatic, business‑oriented approach
