    Your Tasks

    • Develop software systems to validate avionics hardware on various test stands
    • Develop pipelines for automated data analysis and report generation
    • Develop low-level firmware for data emulation in Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments
    • Use and troubleshoot avionics device prototypes
    • Support in DevOps tasks like server maintenance, pipelines and backups
    • Support in test operations and in the commission of test rigs

     

    Your Qualifications

    • Degree in computer, software or electrical engineering, or related discipline
    • Fluent in spoken and written English (all day-to-day activities will be conducted in English)
    • Good programming experience in Python and in at least one object-oriented language
    • Experience with communication interfaces like Ethernet, RS422, UART and CAN
    • Experience in data storage and visualization solutions
    • Experience working with electrical test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, etc.)
    • Used to a Linux-based work and infrastructure environment
    • Ability to work hands-on with avionics and IT hardware
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous and challenging environment
    • Nice to have:
      • Experience with embedded C/C++ programming
      • Experience with full-stack web development
      • Experience with Typst
      • Experience with electronics design procedures, manufacturing, AOI, ICTs and FCTs
      • Knowledge of environmental test procedures for avionics devices including associated standards (DO-160, MIL-810)
