About the Role at RobCo
At RobCo, we develop AI-powered robotic systems that make industrial processes more autonomous, efficient, and scalable. Our Autonomous Manufacturing Platform combines modular industrial hardware with physical AI, enabling rapid deployment and continuous optimization in real production environments.
With locations in Munich, San Francisco, and Austin, and backed by leading investors such as Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, we are working to redefine industrial automation.
At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Warehouse Logistics Specialist / Warehouse Operator (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as leading provider of automation solutions.
In this role, you will take full ownership of RobCo’s operational warehouse logistics, ensuring that production runs smoothly and our robots are delivered to customers on time, complete, and in perfect quality. You will act as a key interface between incoming goods, production, and shipping, playing a vital role in the success of our operational processes.
Your Responsibilities
Independently receive, inspect, and record all goods movements in the warehouse management system.
Organize and store incoming materials at designated warehouse locations along the production line, optimizing efficiency and minimizing handling.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability for ongoing projects and series production.
Pick and prepare all required components for production and final assembly, ensuring timely delivery.
Handle internal transport of materials and coordinate closely with production, project management, and engineering teams.
Prepare robots for shipment, including proper packaging, inspection, and timely handover to carriers.
Generate shipping, export, and customs documentation and manage international shipments independently.
Coordinate with national and international logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
We're looking for someone who has:
Completed vocational training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Warehouse Operative, or a comparable qualification – alternatively, solid practical experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
Confident handling of warehouse management systems and digital logistics processes.
Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong organizational skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve problems, bottlenecks, and deviations at an early stage.
Strong quality awareness and good understanding of time-critical production and delivery processes.
Experience in shipping, export, and customs documentation, ideally including customs clearance.
Willingness to perform physical work and a practical hands-on mentality.
Excellent German skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Why join RobCo?
Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.
Work out across Germany in over 7,200 studios with our subsidized Wellpass membership.
Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.
Regular team events—from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
