    • Erstellung von performancestarken Ads (UGC & Direct Response)
    • Einbau von Hooks in den ersten 1–3 Sekunden, die wirklich stoppen
    • Integration von Motion Graphics, Animationen & dynamischen Effekten

    Qualifikation

    🎯 Das solltest du mitbringen:

    • Erfahrung im Bereich Editing für Social Media Ads / Performance Marketing
    • Sehr gutes Gespür für Hooks, Pacing & Storytelling
    • Skills in Motion Graphics & Animation (kein Basic Cut only)
    • Du verstehst, was ein Video konvertieren lässt – nicht nur schön aussieht
    • Schnelle Umsetzung & zuverlässige Kommunikation

    Benefits
